Corrected values: NSO's published anomaly for Nov 2008 (-20.0), Mar 2016 (-7.7) and Aug 2017 (3.4) contradicts its own monthly mean temperature for Ulaanbaatar (the cells hold that month's minimum temperature or the baseline normal). They are recalculated as the monthly mean minus NSO's normal for that calendar month in nearby years: 4.3, 3.0 and -0.2 C. January 2026 is omitted: NSO's table repeats March 2025's values for every station in that month.
